So I'm going to make this easy to find. Originally this was my first ever post which I updated back in April.

Since quite a few people have read it, I thought that maybe it's something you guys find interesting and I should make it easy to find. So ta da here it is :).

 

12/04/14 My name is Donna, quite often go by JellybeanD on the net or Jellybean17 depending on what is available (Hope this explains the JellybeanD bit on my headers, technically not part of the name of the blog but wanted people who knew me to associate this blog with me). 
 

I started this blog in June 2013. I was and still am pretty new to the world of book blogging. While this has turned into a bigger hobby than what I expected I've been having a blast.Now I know there are lots of blogs out there that cover books etc but me being the control freak that I am decided I wanted to write my own instead of jumping on someone else's bandwagon. I have found so many wonderful books and talked with some pretty amazing Authors. This on top of finding book crazy people just like it. It's been awesome.

 

I live in New Zealand :). My reading style is a bit all over the place. I like Paranormal, Romance (While this is no longer a new thing, I hadn't realised I liked the mushy stuff until I picked up one and was gone from there), I like the occasional thriller and mystery.

My favourite Authors at the moment are Kristen Ashley (Rock Chick Series, Colorado Mountain Series, Abbi Glines (Too Fall Series), Madeline Sheehan (Undeniable Series), Nicole Edwards (Alluring Indulgence Series, Club Destiny and Devil's Bend), Molly McAdams (Taking Chances and Forgiving Lies), Cassandra Clare (Mortal Instruments Series and Infernal Devices), Joanna Wylde (Reaper's Property), Elle Aycart (Bowen Series and The OG's series) and Christine Zolendz (Falling from Grace Series). I know there are a heap more but can't think of them right now.

 

I update my Goodreads "My Books" quite regularly but more often than not forget to update where I am in the book on there. I get too tangled up in the books I'm reading that I don't think to update Goodreads until I'm done. I don't often participate in discussion etc. Everyone's opinions are different and I live by the "Just because you have an opinion does not automatically make it right" side of life.

I am quite happy to participate in blog tours as long as I believe in the book. If I don't think the book is my thing I will not participate. I have a honesty policy which I posted here about why I only post about books I like.
